About the location

We think Kemp Town is the perfect Brighton location -- just ten minutes` walk along the seafront to the main shops and tourist attractions, but far enough away from the crowds to have a friendly local feel.
Our home is right opposite the beach, just a stroll away, and a new 50m SeaLanes swimming pool
We are one minute`s walk from the village street with grocery, butcher, baker, delicatessen, bookshop and several fantastic pubs for all tastes.
The South Downs are just a short drive/bus ride away - great walks.
