Lovely 3 Bed home in Vancouver, Canada

(Keep us in mind for the Spring of 2015 as we have an exchange for this year) Our one-level family home which is very conveniently located on the north edge of the Vancouver suburb of Richmond.

There is easy car access to all of Vancouver's sites (for example Queen Elizabeth Park is 15 minutes away ; Granville Island is 23 minutes away). Additionally we are located close to bus lines and a 7 minute bus ride to speedy rapid transit. It will take you right into the center of downtown Vancouver in just 17 minutes from our local station, and connects with the rest of Vancouver's excellent rapid transit system.

Furthermore, being in Richmond, you don't have a great long trip to get to our house from the airport. It is a 15 minute cab ride away.

Our house has a front room with a cozy fireplace, a central kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, a large master bedroom, two single bedrooms, and a family room that opens to a spacious back yard. Our garden has lots of trees and a small goldfish pond.

Also, we have high speed wireless internet.

Vancouver Island and the pretty city of Victoria is only a few hours away by ferry (an overnight stay here is recommended) and Whistler is a gorgeous 2 hour drive on the Sea-to-Sky highway. Even the United States is less than an hour away.

You could take a few days and go on a wine tasting tour in the BC Okanagan valley or take a little longer and go on a trip through the amazing Rocky Mountains.
