Lovely 4 Bed home in Papamoa, New Zealand

I live in a popular area, a tourist destination. Beach 3 mins walk, shopping 3 mins car, bus stop outside of house, lovely 5 yr old character home, great for entertaining, safe area, flat for cycling, lovely beach walks,1 small tabby cat,if you want to look after them, very needy or can be put into boarding. Great outdoor area, gardens need water but if not here everyday can arrange that. Great beds, separate media room for quiet movie watching. Broadband internet, lots of relaxing areas, hammock under grapevines, quite mediterainian feel to this home. BBQ, outdoor hot shower for when you come off the beach.. Everyone loves this home.. 15 drive to the Mount which is one of New Zealands top holiday destinations for great fishing and surfing, in fact all water sports, 15 drive to TePuke, kiwifruit capital of the world, good bush walking within easy distance.

Over the years even though I have not exchanged my home on a professional site, we have loaned our home to family and friends if we have been away. It is easy care, 2 dishwashers, very comfy and lots of fun.
