Large comfortable house in small interesting rural town.

4 bedrooms (only 3 usable for swaps). The whole house has gas-fired central heating. The large master bedroom (one queen size bed) has an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom (one queen size bed) has an en-suite walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin. The third bedroom (one single bed which can be modified to a double or twin) has access to a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. All bedrooms are on the top floor. There is a separate toilet with hand basin on the ground floor. The living area on the ground floor comprises a large lounge, large kitchen-diner, separate dining room, conservatory with access from both kitchen and lounge, television room equipped with satellite TV, DVD and VHS. We have a computer with broadband (also secured wireless if required) internet access, printer/ scanner/ photocopier. There are many books to read, an esoteric hi-fi set with Vinyl, CD and large ( /-2500) LP and CD collection. Large (for the U.K.) garden with small but interesting fishpond. We have an angel, also named Sue, who appears on Thursday mornings and cleans, washes and irons. Use of SAAB 9-3 Sport wagon 5 seater, automatic.

Sue is a stroke survivor and cannot climb into a normal bath therefore we need a walk-in shower (douche italienne) and bannisters on both sides of the staircase in a multi-level house. Sadly we are able to accommodate small children.

Hungerford is a small town with an interesting history and is regarded as the antiques capital of Berkshire(http://www.hungerfordtowncouncil.gov.uk), good local pubs and restaurants, 80 km(50 miles) west of London. Easy rail or road access to London ( /- 1 hour). Central in Southern England, 100 kms (60 miles to Bristol, 60 kms (40 miles) to Oxford and Bath, 12 kms (8 miles) to Marlborough (Pollys Tea House and the College) and Newbury, 50 kms (35 miles) to Stonehenge and Salisbury. The Cotswolds are right on our doorstep - 12 kms (8 miles) On the main road to Wales (if that's a bonus?).
