Cookham is a picturesque English village on the River Thames. Scenic walks from the house with access to the Thames footpath. However, Cookham is within easy access of the motorway network making it easy to access most of Southern England. By rail, London is 45 minutes from the doorstep, Oxford about an hour and Bath 2 hours.
Cookham was the home of painter Stanley Spencer and is close to Windsor Castle, Cliveden etc.

We are a family with two teenage children.
Catie works from home as a homoeopath and Tim is an actuary.
Catie is from Vancouver and we are looking for a base from which to visit family and friends.
