Open plan 3 bedroom bungalow, 10 mins walk from long sandy beach. Plenty more beaches in surrounding area, Langebaan is a holiday town, watersports abound, especially wind/kite surfing.
Bedrooms - 1 queen with shower en-suite, 1 twin with bath/shower en-suite; 1 bedroom with bunk beds. + 1shower/toilet. large open plan lounge 2 leather settees/dining table seats 8 & modern kitchen open plan.
Outside decking incorporating 8 seater table B.B.Q. outside fire pit & soft seating area. large garden,mostly lawn,
Shops 2 mins by car as is beach, large shopping mall 20 mins away, golf course 5 mins away, area has stunning beaches & some good beach restaurants that are worth a visit.Many more sports available including, horse riding, sailing,kayaking,fishing, walking/hiking trails, for the younger members we have a small disco on the outskirts of town, Mykonos holiday resort close by with many activities & a 24 hour casino! West Coast Park is on our doorstep. The west coast is famous for it's spring flowers.
For smaller children there is a safe sandy beach, "Sunny Park" which has water slides, trampolines & crazy golf, & there is also a small play park in town, at the large Mall there is a childrens go-kart track, & they arrange plenty of activities in the holiday season.( + a crech)
Extra Info
Heather is a housewife, & Steve has his own Project Management & Draughting Company. We like to visit Europe at least once a year so we can visit family, including 7 grandchildren, some of which may come to stay with us, (no babies). Would ideally like to exchange at Christmas time for up to 4 weeks but will consider other dates. This is middle of summer in Langebaan & can be hot.
