Lovely 3 Bed home in Bongaree Bribie Island, Australia

Bribie Island is a beautiful warm seaside holiday escape. Our home is a four bedroom (one used as a study), reverse cycle airconditioning, modern kitchen, lounge with separate dining area, family room covered patio overlooking a small private park. There is a TV in all rooms with Large plasma screens in the Lounge and family rooms with WII, PS3, PS2, and a large DVD collection. We have great neighbours and a very quiet environment with only bird noises.

Bribie Island is the only island in Moreton Bay connected by a bridge and is one hour drive north of Brisbane, 40 minutes from the Sunshine Coast and 2 hours from Surfers Paradise. You have the choice of a calm water just 200 metres walk away with sandy beaches, bike paths along the water front and free B-B-Q picnic areas or a 20K long sandy ocean beach 5K drive away. There are 3 lawn bowls clubs, an RSL Club, 2 great golf courses and 2 hotels, good shopping centre and cinema. Most of the island is a nature reserve with a large variety of bird life. Our home is available for up to 12 months exchange in 2015 / 2016.
