Its 10 minutes away from a large lake suited for sailing, swimming, mtn biking etc, never crowded. You are situated right behind the Methodist church within a very secure grouping of 8 other houses. You overlook them all with a lovely view towards the mountains. The space is open plan, minimalistic, tiled floors with a small private garden. Its right on the edge of a large common.
Its warm and cosy in the winter (min 20c). People live in this village because they want to be close to the city but not in it and they love the outdoor life, as we are in the midst of a scenic ecotourism area.

We are 3 in the family, a sociologist and Montessori teacher and daughter of 13. We live here as I love the outdoor life esp mountain biking, some of the best single tracks in the country. The rest of the family loves its proximity to the mountains, organic markets, outdoor coffee shops and midlands meander route www.midlandsmeander.co.za
