Typical old stone house in the South of France

We would like to offer our house (200 years old stone built) for exchange. It is located in a typical village of the South of France. Surrounded by garrigue, vineyards and hills, it is fully renovated and has 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge. It can accommodate a party of 6 (1 extra beddings are possible). We also have a large garden with a swimming pool. You will find shopping facilities at walking distance.

We have successfully exchanged in France, England, Scotland and Ireland. They were all beautiful experiences.

We are couple with 2 sixteen years old daughters. I am a midwife and my husband is a teacher in High school.

Our vegetable garden will need watering in our hot summer.

About the location

At the foot of the beautiful Cevennes mountains, our home is ideally located to offer a full variety of outings and activities: the Roman city of Nimes and the Pont du Gard, Montpellier, Avignon, Arles, the sea is a 45 minutes drive. You can enjoy swimming in rivers (20 minutes drive). We are close to Anduze, its typical scenic railway, its largest forest of bamboos in Europe, the Gorges of the Herault river and the Gardon, local festivals and bull shows.
