My home is a spacious and interesting house in the beautiful suburb of Titirangi (the "fringe of Heaven"), about 20km from Auckland's CBD. It is a peaceful spot, surrounded by beautiful trees and birdlife.
Titirangi Village, with shops and cafes, is about 1km away. The nearby Waitakere Ranges have many walking tracks and the fabulous beaches of Auckland's West Coast are a short drive away.
My house has 3 levels and spiral stairs. The top floor comprises a huge double bedroom (also has a single bed) and bathroom. The middle floor has the kitchen, lounge/dining room, bathroom/laundry, study and a second bedroom with a double bed. The ground floor has the entrance hall and a self-contained flat (tenanted).
Use of a small car is possible if required.
