Our home is in world heritage Blue Mountains in New South Wales, offering marvellous bushwalks and breathtaking scenery. Sydney CBD is 75 mins by road. We are located in a peaceful part of Wentworth Falls - the village is only an 8 minute walk.
This elegant home has 3 Queen bedrooms (all en-suite), 2 lounge rooms (both with large HD TVs) indoor combined utility/bathroom, study with computer, internet, sunroom with piano, covered pergola, wide verandah overlooking lovely gardens, views to Sydney skyline, double garage (car exchange offered).
The quaint Wentworth Falls village has everything - newsagent, chemist, butchers, bakeries, supermarkets, antique shops, restaurants and a nice pub. The Golf Club is 5 mins by car - best course in the Mountains.
For the active type, there is white water rafting, mountaineering, canyoning and horse riding to occupy your time. For those preferring a more relaxed lifestyle, there are numerous art galleries, antique shops, fine and casual dining, golf and bowling clubs, mahjong and bridge clubs.

Louise is a former secretary to company executives, Owen a retired TV producer. We are aged 62 and operate the property as B & B (rated 4 star), but will close the business during any house swap. We enjoy golf, walking, reading, music, gardening. We have no children, two lovely cats (can board if preferred) and are non-smokers. Louise is English born with family in England. We will consider all offers, but ideally looking for long term swap, flexible between April 2011 and November 2011 in UK - surprise us with any other offers! We are experienced home swappers and will treat your home as our own - with great care.
