Modern detached 5 bedroom villa, conservatory, lounge, family room, upstairs bathroom with bath and shower, downstairs toilet, sunny garden in quiet housing estate. Several golf courses within two or three miles. Local shop and supermarket 10 minutes walk. Eskbank is a quiet area located adjacent to the busy market town of Dalkeith.
Being just to the south of Edinburgh, the beautiful Scottish Borders are nearby and the fabulous East Lothian coast with its many golf courses lies to the east.
Edinburgh Airport is 20 minutes away offering budget flights to locations such as Dublin, London, Paris and Amsterdam.

We are Colin and Hazel, 57years old. Colin is a retired Bank Manager and Hazel is a PE Teacher. We have two sons who live nearby and will be able to offer any assistance required. Our neighbours are very friendly without being intrusive and would be glad to assist in any way they can.
Please use golf clubs and bikes during your stay. There is a lovely pub within a few hundred yards with friends there ready to meet you!
