We have a sunny, light filled home with a lounge and family room opening onto our beautiful garden and pool(with net) equipped with a trampoline and climbing frame.
Enjoy our comfortably furnished undercover barbeque/ entertainment area extending from our lounge into our garden.Upstairs houses a well equipped teenagers room with the usual electronic equipment plus a pool table. The room is also furnished with sleeper couches with an ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs houses our three comfortable bedrooms(main en suite) opens onto a planted courtyard. Our family room
opens onto a wooden deck and garden.
Drink afternoon tea listening to the birds in the shade of a beautiful yellowwood tree. Pool, trampoline and wooden climbing frame. Secure off street parking under large yellowwood tree.
We are incredibly central to all the Cape Town sights whether its Simon's Town or Noordhoek!We are also close to Cape Town city, Table Mountain and V and A Waterfront (aprox 15 mins drive). Short drive to beautiful gardens of Kirstenbosch and about 15 mins drive to stunning beaches- Clifton or Fishhoek!.
We are surrounded by good resturants, a sports club and green grassy fields for afternoon rambles. The Cape Town International airport is 20 min away. Green Point soccer stadium where a number of world cup games will take place in June/July 2010 is a mere 30 – 45min away. A short drive to the beautiful botanical gardens of Kirstenbosch and the Table Mountain National Park and cable car are 15minutes away.
We also have a 4 bedroom beach home (60mins drive from Cape Town - Pringle Bay) and a one bed room flat central Cape Town and in Sea Point available for hire/swop.

We are an English speaking family - Dad, Mum and 2 boys. The boys are aged 13 and 16years.
John is the Managing Partner of a large commercial architectural practice in Cape Town CBD. Helen is the founder of Aromakids, has sold and is now equally devoted to the two boys and her painting career. Al is a book, cricket and rugby mad 16year old. Andy plays the piano, tennis and adores water polo. They are well behaved, happy kids who will treat your home with respect. We are intent on showing them the world !
