House has 2 bathrooms, large family room w/fireplace, large living room w/fireplace.
Walking and biking trails within walking distance from house. One hour from coast, 2 hrs from Portland, 2 hrs from Crater Lake, 2-3 hrs from Willamette, Hoodoo or Mt Bachelor ski resorts. Lakes and rivers near by. Car and 2 bikes available, also close to bus line. Eugene is a very diverse and multi-cultural small community. It is the home of the University of Oregon, the Hult Center for Performing Arts, Prefontaine's Trail and many outdoor sports and activities.

We are very active seniors, recently retired. My husband was an electrical contractor and I was an accountant. We are respectful of other people's property and would treat their home with care. We love animals and would not mind caring for your pets, if you need it. We like to fish, go on walks visit other countries and learn of different cultures.
