Lovely, suburban home on tree lined street, with a nice backyard, next to a large park with hiking trails, close to major malls with lots of tax free shopping.
Philadelphia is only 30 miles away and easy access by highway or train. New York and Washington D.C. are less than 2 hours by train, and the Delaware and New Jersey beaches are 1 and 1/2 hours away. Philadelphia is home to the Art Museum (of Rocky fame), a fabulous orchestra and wonderful restaurants.
Within Wilmington or nearby: Longwood Gardens, the old Dupont Estate and Gardens is a world renowned garden. Winterthur, Hagley and NeMours are other Dupont Estates that have been converted to museums are also beautiful visits.
There are many golf courses near by.
The home has cable tv, computer, and piano, but there are too many things to do to sit at home.
