One bedroom is used as in-house artist's studio with large window and desk, with a comfortable double sofa bed. Perfect for kids, lots of toys and games. Great for adults as lots of separate space over 5 floors. Peaceful street, within a fun neighbourhood. In easy reach of Central London - 15 minutes by Underground. Surrounded by parks, bars, restaurants, pubs and nightlife in walking distance.

Our house is situated on a quiet residential street in the heart of a very vibrant, diverse and fun area called Dalston in Hackney, East London.
Live like a proper East Londoner! Dalston is a fun, vibrant part of Hackney, East London which is known for its bohemian, fashion-centric and artistic vibe, as well as it's amazing food, music and theatre scene. There are many shops, cafes, museums, galleries, restaurants, bars and clubs only a few minutes walk away, yet the house is located on a very peaceful and tranquil street. There are many restaurants, gastro-pubs, parks and food and vintage/furniture markets in the area. You can get around easily on foot, also many buses and trains. 5 minute walk to nearest train station. We are moments from Shoreditch, Hoxton and Islington with all of the additional galleries and entertainment they provide. A small park with children's playground at the end of our street. Easy access to all parts of London via train and bus - central London is 15 minutes away by Underground.
