3 Bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment with Swimming Pool and Spa in beautiful Rodney Bay

For most of the year our home is Blue Skies Apartments to which we welcome guests from all over the world who want to enjoy what St Lucia has to offer.

Then for a few weeks in the Summer we like to visit our children, other family and friends in SE England. So we offer to swap our 3 Bed Apartment for a home in SE Home Counties.

We believe our home provides a little piece of paradise; secluded, yet well situated for beaches, restaurants, shops etc. With 6 bedrooms available across 3 self contained apartments it is also ideal for families who might like to bring Grandparents for example.

The swimming pool is always warm and inviting, while the stimulating jets in the spa are hard to resist. Our large garden is level and contains an abundance of fruit trees and colourful Caribbean shrubs.

Because we have paying guests most of the time, we maintain the property to a high standard and strive to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

About the location

We are in a quiet and friendly residential neighbourhood, just minutes away from the tourist hub of Rodney Bay where you will find Reduit Beach, shops and over 40 restaurants, bars etc.

Five minutes away is the National Landmark, Pigeon Island with it's 3 beaches, restaurant and fascinating historical buildings. The Rodney Bay Marina is 2 minutes from us and the capital, Castries can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The island is only 27 miles long, so nowhere is that far away!
